InfoUSA's consumer database specialists continuously update our records from new sources on a monthly basis.
The database is also processed against both the USPS National Change of Address File (NCOA) and the Delivery
Sequence File (DSF). InfoUSA's information is carrier route and ZIP+4 coded using the US Postal Service certified
Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS). Even though consumers move on a regular basis, the quality of the InfoUSA's
consumer data will allow you to reach a 90-92% deliverability rate, an unmatched level in the industry.

How can I add my consumer information to your database?
Our consumer database is compiled primarily from local phone directories. Due to issues of privacy, we are not able to
add or change any listings to our residential database based on requests. Records are updated upon receipt of the
local telephone directory. We will not add or change information based on requests because we cannot verify this information.
When can I expect to see the results of a database add/change request?
Business records must be telephone verified before they can be added or changed in the database. This process may take up to 60 days.
What are Credit Rating Codes?
InfoUSA has developed a sophisticated computer model to assign credit ratings to the companies in our business
database. InfoUSA's model considers information such as: number of employees, years in business, industry stability,
census data and other factors to arrive at credit ratings that are practical, and statistically sound indicators
of probability to pay.
